If your company is looking for a fun and competitive team-building event in the spectacular Snowdonia National Park, North Wales, this is the event for you.
Our Snowdonia Adventure is a unique team-building event we’ve created here in the heart of Snowdonia. You will face a multitude of fun team tasks and challenges that will have everyone working confidently and efficiently together. We’ve combined team-building challenges, an adventurous treasure hunt, and a stunning hike into one fantastic day out, surrounded by beautiful countryside and a stone’s throw from Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales.
The Snowdonia Adventure is ideal for a graduate or employee day out, focusing on core team building and communication skills. Teams will have to work together to complete each task and have lots of fun along the way too.
Teams will begin the challenge by using a map and GPS to navigate their way to secret locations on the hillside. Here, they will complete team tasks requiring problem-solving and communication skills. While navigating on the mountain, teams will also complete photo challenges along the way, finding the hidden picture clues. Teams will successfully navigate their way back to Basecamp, where they will have a chance to complete a series of challenges, often going head-to-head with other teams with the grande finale event.

The Snowdonia Adventure - How it works
The Activity Zones
Overview
Your base camp will be in the centre of the picturesque village of Betws y Coed, Snowdonia. From here, teams will be given a navigation briefing and handed out an OS map and a GPS. Teams will then navigate their way through the Oak woodland and hillside to find hidden activity zones, each zone containing a problem-solving challenge. After earning points working together and completing as many challenges as they can on the route, they’ll race back to base camp for an amazing group finale challenge.

Overview
To make The Snowdonia Challenge a full day of activities, why not add on a rock climbing and abseil challenge to the day! No experience is necessary, and all equipment is provided. The climbing and abseil will be incorporated into the overall team building program, and points can be allocated for this task too to contribute towards the grand finale event.
How can it help your team
Team building really comes into its own at heights. It encourages team members to step outside their comfort zone and really trust their teammates. Working as a team, you’ll support each other on the cliff, and help each other both mentally and physically to complete the climb and abseil challenge. An adventurous and rememberable challenge, and is often the highlight of everyone’s experience!
